  I stayed here for some nights around the birth of our Daughter. I have to say that my room on floor 4 was bigger than normal at a Premier Inn, and the bed was certainly massive. The staff were good overall for sure, and a mention to Lisa who (after some chit chat as she was serving at the bar) gave complimentary gifts for my Wife. That was really appreciated, and it felt genuine, so I wanted to review.

  Having arrived quite late from a long days work and a drive it was a real pleasure to be greeted by Taylor at the desk who was great ,but the real star here is Lisa . Absolutely full of happy energy and an absolute credit to the hotel . I travel a lot with my work and stay at many premier inns and she is by far the best employee I've come across. Her bubbly outlook and fabulous customer service is 1st class . Management ... DO NOT LOSE THIS GIRL . Thank you lisa for making my stay here a pleasure.

  I arrived at your Stevenage Central hotel and immediately had a lovely welcome from Lianne the hotel manager. So helpful and friendly. Thank you so much Lianne, you and your staff have made my stay even more enjoyable. Hope to come back soon. Dan.

  My second time staying at the hotel, it was good to come back again after a good time in October, the staff was fantastic and the location was so quiet which helps the experience. The internet could be improved as I paid for the ultimate service and did struggle to get a connection for a little while but I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who is staying in Stevenage, no other place for me!

  This is my go-to hotel if I’m staying in Stevenage. The prices are fair, and it’s not too far from the retail park. The only bad thing I have to say about it, last time I stayed I was met with a room that had toenails on the carpet and bedsheets with somebody’s hair in them, That made me assume that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly and I was quite disgusted. The staff were lovely though and helped me with my luggage to a new clean room and apologised for the miss-hap. Obviously it’s not a fancy hotel, but for a few nights it’s definitely more than adequate. I’ve had a few lovely conversations with other guests during my stays too!
