  Five stars for a wonderfully smooth stay. I checked in late after a long drive, and everything was calm, clean and comfortable. The bed was blissful, the shower refreshing, and breakfast set me up perfectly for meetings. Friendly staff made it feel easy and welcoming.

  Myself and fiancee stayed here the 3rd to 4th April 26. Must say the customer service from the two members of staff on that night was totally outstanding. I really hope you can find out the two members who where on and give them both a massive thank you from us both. The whole hotel and rooms where very clean and tidy. Will be back for sure

  I stayed in this hotel for a night With my family We had four rooms 107 106 102 104. I went downstairs to use the vending machine and had forgotten my key in my room? I rang the bell at reception and a lady named Tina Came and the way she spoke to me was completely unacceptable, being such a nice hotel with staff whom I met last night such as Lisa, that were really nice, this was quite surprising maybe she needs some training on how to speak to customers especially working for an overall lovely hotel but unfortunately ruining it with her attitude, completely unprofessional.
