  Had 3 nights here for a visit to Peppa Pig World. Clean and tidy, staff very pleasant and helpful, breakfast pretty good too, lots of choice. Highly recommended

  The rooms are very run down & could do with a refurbishment, especially the bathroom. This hotel could have so much potential being that close to paulton park. Staff was very welcoming & friendly.

  Bed excellent. Bathroom floor not very clean. Tired - Carpets and decor in need of updating. No grab rails for shower in bath. Rainhead shower only - no hand held showerhead. Very expensive for what you get. No charging sockets.

  Stayed here as it is close to Paultons Park so was a good location for our 3 days in the park. When we stayed here the heating in the room was not working which was made worse because the fire door next to our room was left open everyday. The room was not ready by check in time which meant we had to wait in reception for the room to be ready. As you don't book a slot for breakfast everyone went down at the same time which lead the small breakfast room to be over crowded and meant you had to continually wait for food to come out.

  Room was clean, comfy bed, bathroom definitely wasn't overall clean so im guessing head of house keeping doesnt take any pride in making sure these areas are checked. However it was a bed for the night , didn't have breakfast though im sure that would have been all good as the restaurant looked nice.
