Jason was excellent 👌 When I arrived he was on the check out kiosk it was an extremely hot day and the technology was clearly have a meltdown also. He remained calm and friendly and did the best he could do to get through the queue quickly. He was also in the restaurant in the evening..still smiling and made my experience pleasurable. He is a credit to your team!
Perfect location if you are flying from Southampton. A 5 minute easy walk to the airport. Thanks to Jason for being so helpful at check in and to Abigail for serving us so well at dinner! Really appreciate your service. Great food included in the meal deal and can certainly recommend the ravioli. Huge room with plenty of space to open both cases.

What an excellent hotel. First time at Premier Inn and very happy. Room was clean and very comfortable. Well equipped. Able to get additional tea and coffee with ease. Food was good. Special thanks to Karen who went above and beyond to ensure the grandchildren got exactly what they wanted first their breakfast. Well done Premier Inn xxx

Despite completing check-in on line & obtaining QR code, obtaining a room key took ten minutes. The first self check-in screen was non responsive, the second machine would not recognise the QR code, the third machine did not recognise the QR code but issued a key through the booking number. Room was clean & of good standard. Flush on toilet system was extremely poor. Appears to be a known problem as when I reported maintenance may be required the staff member knowingly said ‘toilet’?
Took evening meal in restaurant. Quality of food was appalling. The battered fish was of very poor standard, batter covered in burnt battered pieces & most definitely not worth the excessive price paid. Did not raise a complaint as the restaurant was clearly short staffed but trying to do their best on a busy service night. It was obvious our server, Jason, was stressed & overworked but he remained professional & attentive throughout. Just appreciative that we didn’t book breakfast.

Stayed at the hotel for medical reasons for my mother. On our first night unfortunately we didn't get a very good service. Didn't feel understood regarding my mother's need and felt very rushed like we were in the way. On our second day thanks to Jason and the lovely lady he was working with (sorry didn't catch your name). Our evening was wonderful sat at a spacious table (aiding my mother's needs) and offered helpful alternatives. We really felt like we were treated like VIP's. Thank you Jason and the lovely lady for making my mum feel like a person and not a burden xx
