I Had a amazing experience and the staff was really helpful and friendly and I had no issues with the room that I stayed in and it's helpful me with my mobility and I stayed in the disabled room plus I cannot wait to stay again

Room was spacious. And the blackout curtains work a treat. But the bed was awful not comfy and everything you moved it creaked and cracked like it was going to snap. Ended up sleeping in the chaining the room at one point

Very nice moderate-priced hotel. Runs lean without much staffing (who run around and do everything) to keep prices low, although rooms, lobby, plumbing, etc. are quite good.
We do Fairfield Inn's in the States quite a bit and had heard of Premier of course. This one was in a good location for The Dockyards and the Hard Interchange transport hub. Grocery store and many dining options nearby.

Had a lovely stay. My room was a family room, I assume from the extra beds, so was huge. Bath with shower over. Perfectly clean and quiet. All interactions with staff were pleasant and efficient.
The only downside is fhat there is no car park - closest is the historic dockyard about 100 m down the road. You do get a small discount on the regular price with a qr code.
This hotel has a great location just steps away from the Historic Dockyards. We drove there in a rental car but were hampered by there being no place to pull in to register and find out about where to park. We did find an open parking lot not too far away so parked there and walked with our luggage to the hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and nice, but it seems we picked the wrong parking lot to avail ourselves of the parking discount. The hotel and our room were fine, but their housekeeping is only marginal, they left a dirty tea-cup on the desk and did not replenish the toilet paper.
