  Nice place very friendly at the check out with Aida &, Dawn hotel great central location and beefeater restaurant in same building very handy for meals

  I just wanted to give high marks to the wonderful service I have received from the Premier Inns best kept secret... Aida ! Such a pleasant, helpful, laid back and very professional lady on the checking in desk. She has helped me from making sure my car was registered for the parking, making sure I have b en booked in for my breakfast all the way down to the smallest of gestures of kindly borrowing me a pen to complete my paperwork for work. What a genuine, lovely human being. It's the little things that mean the most! Thank you Aida :)

  I stayed 20th May with my parents. Prior to my stay the hotel staff could not have been more helpful. I would specifically like to mention Stuart who helped confirm some rooms had walk-in showers, which was needed for my parents room. As well as noting we would ideally like 2 rooms fairly close. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. Uzi on reception on arrival was helpful and check in was smooth. Belle was also good in the restaurant as were the staff at breakfast. All in all a lovely stay for both myself and my parents, made so by the helpful staff.

  I stay here for business on a regular basis and always the staff are friendly on reception, this evening I was checked in by Uzi and he was extremely helpful and ensured I checked my vehicle in on the device and in Al the instructions given, nice and very professional
