  My wife & I travelled up from Cornwall to attend a friends funeral, and stayed at this hotel for two nights. We were greeted by staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Indeed all staff from reception to dining room were very friendly and polite. We had breakfast both mornings and thoroughly enjoyed the freshly cooked meals. If we find ourselves visiting the New Forest again, we'll be sure to book this Premier Inn again.

  What a fantastic experience at the Premier Inn Lymington. The attached pub building is being partially renovated currently, but this didn't detract from the experience at all - the staff were absolutely incredible. Warm, friendly, courteous and bent over backwards to help us with our stay and our enquiries. Matthew especially on the evening desk was super. We stayed in a Premier Plus room and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, and the noticeable personal touches to the hotel in general at Lymington - there was a special table near the front door with essentials you may have forgotten from home, which I haven't seen at Premier Inns before and was clearly created by the local staff. In the room there was a note that if you needed any help with the air con to come and ask. There was a very generously stocked tea and coffee station, far more than expected. What lovely little touches to really help this stay feel like a true home from home. Breakfast was busy, my goodness, but we were served quickly and the two ladies on duty were working flat out to keep everything stocked and everyone served - they managed this extremely well considering the high demand. I stay in Premier Inns regularly and you start to get an idea of the general offering and what should and shouldn't be there and Lymington exceeds standard despite the ongoing rebuild. Overall, absolutely bowled over by the hotel staff and frankly don't want to leave!

  Stayed overnight as easy journey to Lymington for the Wight Link Ferry. Met by a very friendly member if staff, Matthew, who made us feel very welcome.
