  Not bad. No hot breakfast buffet and no plug sockets by bed! There’s USB and USB-C sockets but I avoid them as they are a risk for malware/data theft. Went down at breakfast at 8:05am on a Saturday and saw no hot food. Had to order what I wanted which took a lot longer and is just not as easy. On the plus side food is hotter and fresher. Lady working breakfast is so hard-working and nice it’s impossible to be annoyed. Due to refurb works (which did not disturb me in any way) they gave free ultimate WiFi which was nice. Whole hotel is being redone which is a positive. Conveniently placed for a bus to old Sarum and Salisbury

  The staff here are absolutely terrific they couldn't do enough for us very attentive. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The meal deal is really good value. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a good stay.

  Perfect spot for a quick stop just off the A303! Some rooms are being refurbished, but it barely affects your stay—just a few rooms and parking spots temporarily out of action. The ready rooms are quiet, comfy, and exactly the Premier Inn standard you’d expect. The restaurant is great value with hot, filling meals—ideal after a long drive. Keep an eye out for little specials; a savvy traveler might just snag a cheeky bonus treat before hitting the road again!

  I have been extremely happy throughout my whole stay from start to finish. All the staff are so polite, friendly & very welcoming. Emily & Jess are without a doubt the most friendly & attentive pair that I have had the pleasure to meet during my experience of staying at premier inn.

  What a fantastic team you have here, arrived late and check in very understanding & helpful, next day booked in for food but had last minute changes, team here accommodated me brilliantly even tho very busy, food was timely while busy and tasted delicious (fish n chips), rooms were the usual clean, tidy and comfortable, big big thank you to Emily & Jessica for helping enjoy my stay
