  Stayed 2 nights. Overall good. Breakfast chaotic. First day yoghurt and berries tubs empty and seeded bread ran out, not refilled within a reasonable time. Second day yoghurt tub empty. Croissants empty and had to ask for more, a snappy, will refill when I can. Not enough staff, or inexperienced staff, but they were struggling. Joby the cook managed to stay cheerful, friendly and helpful.

  Extremely tidy rooms and comfortable beds, great staff, the food is great and a lovely boy named dray assisted me to when i asked for extra stuff for my room and was very polite. Will definitely come back again.

  Great little premier Inn, everything you would expect. Although the place feels a little dated the rooms are a decent size. This was ideal location wise for us close to Southampton central for a wedding and then round the corner from the barns where the reception was

  Turned up to realise I’d booked 20th July not 20th June. 🤦 The gentleman at reception was phenomenal; after realise my partner was going to string me up by my bollocks and just travelled from Devon; he managed to reschedule it to 20th June. Never got his name but he was fantastic. Definitely be going back to stay again, rooms were fine and clean. Definitely recommend if you plan on going to Paultons. Thanks again 👍

  Nothing against the staff we met or served by, review is more about the building. Crying out for stripping out and renovation. Bedrooms: Not clean. A toy left by previously occupier was under the pull out bed, would have been impossible to miss if vacuuming. Walls are a collab of Jackson Pollock style stain decorating, starting from mid 90s approx. Doesnt feel like you’re in a Premier Inn. Bathroom: Cleaner than room. Skirting board was more Polyfilla than skirting board. Again, pretty nackered. Breakfast room: Felt more like a corridor, manic busy. Again, nothing but positives for the staff, just not a nice room. Decent amout of spaces to park in, with chargers. Obviously, great location for Paulton’s Park.
