  Disappointing stay. Room was OK? Lamp didn’t work & some of the other lights in the room were faulty. No AC in the room? I thought ALL PI hotels had AC?! The food in the restaurant was good for our evening meal. A shame that the Premier Inn breakfast was ‘not available’ for the morning, which was a disappointment. Will not return..

  DO NOT STAY HERE! Rooms are ridiculously hot, the hotel knows this. They even put two stand up fans in your room before you arrive. We wasn't even staying when a heatwave was on,daytime temperature was 22 - 24°C The worse two nights sleep ever. Staff know & obviously nothing they can do. Hotel needs air conditioning

  Staying for 5 nights on business. No air conditioning, or any real ventilation during the hottest periods of the year make this particular hotel a very difficult stay. Fan provided (plus an additional fan on request) to just push hot air from one part of the room to the other. Although it is cooling down outside the room is still unbearably hot and uncomfortable. Restaurant only serving breakfast on Tuesday's. Last orders for dinner 8pm each night. Tonight the restaurant is only serving starters. The only good thing about this place is the staff, who are approachable, friendly and willing to do what they can. Corporate need to invest in this site ASAP.

  Terrible its 29* in the room, they have took batteries out of air con, apparently only put batteries in when its winter/cold. Or if you have a upgraded room. So we have a little very dusty and dirty fan which a health risk, staff don't know what they can do.

  Place is ideal for southampton cruise terminal but with temperatures as highs of 27 + there is no working air con there is a filthy fan full dust in the room poor customer service
