  arrived to the hotel at around 19.45, waited 15mins for someone to show up to check me in, then went to my room dropped my bags off then proceeded to the restaurant for some dinner to be informed that dinner would only be available to guests that had prepaid for there meal and this was at 20.10, and the icing on the cake you've got to pay for parking

  A typical Premier inn, comfy bed etc Only moans, the floor boards are super creaky. Also went to get a drink from the bar before heading into Southampton. To be told they would only serve us if we had bought the meal deal. Why have menus in every room.advertising drinks then?!

  My room on this stay was lovely, bed was really comfortable. Total contrast to my previous stay which I had to bargain for, 208 stank of teenagers' hormonal feet so much so I had to refuse it and they put me in the main building, which again wasn't that good in terms of odours. This stay however my room was upstairs, last room on the left and back. No odour at all was a godsend. Must say the continual thrum of M27 traffic was audible even with my window shut, we hichbmight put some guests off. My stay was for business, so the quiet was appreciated to help me get rested for the days ahead. Last stay here there was no evening meal offered, only breakfast. There's a pub just a stone's throw on the left (as you come out of the hotel) which was very nice. We'll see how breakfast goes in the morning, last stay the bacon was dry as was the scrambled egg. Fried eggs looked runny but weren't at all. Under the lamps too long. I'd got in at 8 am, I hope it hadn't been there all morning... They're supposed to serve from 630am.... Maybe I'll go for vegan option at least it'll (hopefully) be prepared fresh....

  Staying here this evening ready to go away tomorrow morning. The hotel is fully booked but not made aware that was put in adjoining room with just a door to separate us. Have a sleeping toddler but also have a family next door who may as well be in the same room as us. They aren’t talking loudly just normal volume but we now know what time they are getting up, what they are having for breakfast and to top it off both our rooms have the worse squeaky floorboards. What ever happened to premier inn promising a silent night 😡😡😡 reception can’t do anything as the place is full so here we are not able to sleep due to the lack of noise protection. If you want a quiet night sleep do not book into here 😡
