  Checked into our room this evening was greeted by a young lady at reception called Grace! She gave us our room key etc I asked for the nearest shop for a bottle of water and she handed me one from our back as I can tell she could see I’ve been at work all dirty etc and didn’t want to go back out again at 20:30. When came to the room notice one of the beds wasn’t made told reception (Grace) she immediately apologised and came and made the bed straight away after I insisted I’d do it but she took over straight away. I think Graces hard work and professionalism and kindness should be noticed and hope she gets the credit she deserves. Thank you Grace and keep it up the great work ⭐️⭐️

  No A/C room was roasting . Cooks coat was covered in food . Clean and tidy room.

  Disappointing for what the rooms cost. The room was dirty. The room thermostat on the wall didn't work and we were told it had been disconnected. The heater in the room didn't work. The shower left the bathroom flooded. The extractor fan in the bathroom took hours to clear the steam from it after a bath or shower. The pillows were so soft it felt like you didn't have one. The room was noisy overlooking the car park and a main road. The carpet on the stairs to the hotel room were worn and torn. This hotel is shabby and poorly maintained and I wouldn't recommend it.

  We've used the Premier Inn at Port Solent before which was fine but we had parking issues. There were non here and it also felt more secure. Overall we preferred the Fareham location and will be using it again.

  The premier inn is fine just be careful following sat nav as we missed it a couple of times.
