Friendly helpful staff, rooms very clean and comfortable but car required, as 1 mile from Ringwood Town Centre

Check in was a pain. The team was overrun and trying also to serve food. The buzzer was broken so I had to press the door buzzer.

Pros: Well located in a city where nothing happens. Nice hotel service. Parking price is not absurd- CCTV in place. Rooms are big. Hotel appears generally clean. Cons: Walls are paper thin, could her top guest walking around all night. Despite room being clean I had 2 small blood stains on my bed sheet. Room a bit claustrophobic since no windows can be opened.
