  Stayed two nights and ate dinner in the restaurant once and breakfasted twice. Service was excellent and Anita deserves a special mention. The accommodation and facilities were perfect for a weekend visit focused on the Naval Dockyards Museums Mu

  Great location for Guildhall, lovely staff. Our room has damage and mould on the windowsill. Staff completely overwhelmed at breakfast with items being depleted very quickly causing guests to either wait while the food on their plate went cold, or making multiple visits to the counter when items became available. This really needs addressing! While waiting at the counter I overheard a staff member asking if they needed some help, they said they didn’t- but clearly they did!

  Excellent service from Lee and Alina. Did the meal deal before going to the guildhall for the evening and they offered to serve our dessert when we got back rather than rushing it. They were friendly and attentive. Location for guildhall could not be better. Room spotlessly clean but window behind double glazing has a leak and this makes the windowsill a bit soggy.

  I arrived very late following a long journey and Peter and Alina were a delight, ensuring I managed to get dinner despite there only being minutes to spare. They were very attentive and checked to make sure everything with my stay was to my satisfaction. Room was clean and as expected. Location is good. Easy access to shops and port. Despite being near the station you couldn’t hear a thing in my room. The only let down was the car park, arriving late and in poor weather it was a little annoying but not the end of the world, plus Peter and Alina more than made up for it!

  Checked in at 4.30pm and what a lovely welcome from Peter. Checked us in quickly and efficiently. Chit chatted about reason of visiting and was well knowledgeable. The room is nice and clean. We then came in to the restaurant for dinner and was explained the meal deal and the menu by Josh and he was very nice and recommended some dishes. We were served really well. The food was prepared by Blaize and was delicious. I have the halloumi bau buns and ravioli and my hubby had the veggie burger. All the food was well prepared and tasty. The best I have ever had at a Premier Inn. Thank you to the Team!
