  Bedroom is okay however bathroom feels basic and looks cheap and disgusting does not look inviting whatsoever. Service is headless chickens no one has a clue what they’re doing or anything it is honestly easier to go next door to McDonald’s for dinner every night as there I can sit down and have a meal rather than deal with premier inn where the booking system for dinner is hopeless and despite the fact 7x meal deals were paid for I have to resort to McDonald’s every night I only get breakfast in the morning every morning. Would never stay at a premier inn I will be staying at more organised and efficient better ran hotels in the future than the corporate hotel joke that premier inn is and their ridiculous policy £15 if you want to check in before 3pm when the room itself is already empty I turned up around quarter past two and got hit with the charge…crazy….

  I stay here regularly but feel the prices are way over priced .some nights over £200 for a basic hotel room .not being funny but old thorns is 4 star hotel I can stay there cheaper .staff on the desk are always friendly tho so I will say that

  Poor water pressure at the sink, maybe filter needs cleaned. Room not clean, child's toy car under the table...pretty obvious. Usb charging point not working. Only one hand towel for two people. Floor creaks like crazy everywhere, but really bad at room door/toilet door. Same from room above... Booked early entry @ £15 to relax after 6 hrs driving before the funeral we were there for, and halfway through our nap they were knocking the door to test our hairdryer ... so much for booking early entry to relax. Bed comfortable, air con worked well. Id say poor effort for Premier inn. Think it needs updating/overhaul

  I stay here regularly and all the staff are friendly but I have to say Uzi is amazing. Nothing is too much for him. He always has a smile on his face and does everything he can to look after all his guests. He is even willing to wrestle with massive spiders! Thank you for making each trip less stressful Uzi.
