  The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, there were some major issues with the room itself. The accessible room I booked fell way short where it matters most, and that was the bed. It turned out to be a Zip and Link system, which means two single beds were just pushed together. The housekeeping team had not zipped the mattresses or locked the bases properly, so they kept sliding away from each other and creating a big gap right down the middle. Managing a spinal condition means I need uniform, solid support, which is impossible to get when the bed is literally pulling apart under you. I really don't understand why two singles were shoved together in an accessible room of all places. Premier Inn’s own website says these rooms should have a standard double or a kingsize bed depending on the layout. An accessible room specifically needs a proper, solid bed rather than two singles, especially when housekeeping hasn't even bothered to set them up correctly. They definitely didn't live up to their Good Night Guarantee this time. On top of the bed issues, the room also had a lot of dust webs, which was really disappointing to see. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and unless their housekeeping standards improve, it will likely be my last visit.

  Building is a little tired but the rooms are clean and serviceable, and the staff are fabulous. Great location for Lymington and the Isle of Wight ferry.

  Standard Premier Inn hotel, you get what you expect. Nice clean comfortable room with coffee and tea facilities. Pub attached for meals and breakfast.

  We are right by the New Forest but with Lymington, New Barton, Mudeford and Christchurch nearby on the coast so the best of both environments. It's very quiet and peaceful, but whether it was in the peak of summer I don't know. There's plenty of car parking space which is free once you register your car. The room we had has been redecorated recently I would think and was spotlessly clean.
