  Very welcoming and helpful staff. In particular I feel it important to point out staff member Jo's commendable behaviour. A cheerful personality with excellent customer care skills particularly who was supportive towards an elderly couple - a little confused on entry to the restaurant. It was a pleasure to witness such a caring attitude and Jo is obviously a great asset to a really good team.

  Visited restaurant at the premier inn Havant Portsmouth on 20th and 21st of August 2026, on both occasions we were met and served by a young man who I believe was called Hayden Barton, polite, very helpful and very patient with the children when they were choosing their food, first class service to be fair, would highly recommend the restaurant just based on this young man, fully deserves my review,

  First time having breakfast here. Restaurant was very clean and tidy . Buffet breakfast was excellent. Loved the service from Emma and Lid. Will come back here again

  We paid extra to book in early and were left standing in reception while staff chatted outside, when eventually we were asked if we had a booking the lady looked confused clearly not having checked there was any early check-in’s then took a while to find the booking making us think we had made a mistake, then saying 1 minute while I check out previous guest, once everything was sorted she was very helpful offering extra towels tea and coffee, unfortunately when we got to our room it was clear it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, there was bits on the floor and sticky on the table and menus, sadly the bathroom wasn’t clean either, Fortunately on venturing over to the restaurant it was much better although table hadn’t been wiped the staff were so friendly and welcoming and our food arrived hot and promptly
