  Location is really good. It’s next to the train station and 15 minutes walk to town. Fleet pond is just right next at the back.

  Just got back home after 3 nights away. The room was nice and warm, could do with a little tlc in the bathroom We never have been fans of over the bath showers.Loki and Jack , always pleasant and a smile and a chat.

  Had an amazing stay at Premier Inn! The staff were incredibly helpful, warm and welcoming, and truly made our stay special. A special mention to Lokii for looking after us so well throughout our stay. The hotel is also excellent value for money, offering great hospitality at a budget-friendly price. Highly recommend staying here

  A Very Comfortable Stay with Excellent Reception Service I had a very pleasant stay at Premier Inn Fleet from 20th to 23rd October 2026. The hotel was comfortable, well located, very close to the railway station, and everything about the stay was smooth. We were even offered an early check-in of around 30 minutes, which was a nice gesture after arriving. A special mention goes to Miss Loki at reception, who was absolutely lovely. She was always smiling, welcoming, and cooperative, and we really appreciated the way she greeted us and handled every interaction. Her attitude and customer service made us feel genuinely welcome. We also had breakfast at the hotel on all three mornings, which was very convenient during our official work trip. On Wednesday and Thursday, the young gentleman at the egg counter was very friendly and accommodating. He prepared the eggs exactly as requested and served them with a smile. It was a great start to the working day. Unfortunately, Friday morning was a different experience. The gentleman working in the kitchen (bearded) was quite rude when I approached him to order scrambled egg whites. He abruptly told me that he did not take orders and that I had to place the order at reception. Miss Loki kindly came along to help. Despite her efforts to write the order down for him twice and explain exactly what was required, he continued to respond rudely and appeared visibly frustrated by a simple request. His reaction, including an audible expression of frustration, was disappointing and unnecessary. I must emphasise that this was the only negative experience during our entire three-night stay. The hotel itself was excellent, and the staff at reception, particularly Loki, deserve recognition for their professionalism and hospitality. Overall, I would happily recommend Premier Inn Fleet for a comfortable and convenient stay. I hope the management will recognise Loki’s excellent customer service and address the breakfast service experience so that future guests can enjoy the same welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay.

  Pleasant staff on the front desk and in the restaurant. Room was good until utilising the bathroom where a urine-stained toilet seat and poorly cleaned toilet bowl were waiting. Staff advised that the cleaners would not be in until the next day and would not provide cleaning equipment for me to do it myself, due to "Health and Safety". Despite this, the toilet has not been cleaned on my return, the next day. Begs the question as to how clean the rest of the room actually was. Breakfast was your usual Premier Inn offering; good quality, all hot apart from the mushrooms, and a good start to the day.
