  I booked premier in as they have air conditioning it was the hottest day in June 35c but this one has no air conditioning if I knew would have booked elsewhere

  No air condition, the room boiling And really ugly from inside Terrible experience and tea nightmare here.

  I like this particular hotel you could do it a bit of money spending on it but it's peaceful and quiet with a large car park.

  Adding to this as inadvertently posted before I had completed review. Stay at this location a fair bit. This time, allocated a room in the stand alone block. Slightly frustrating that the room is not quite as large as previous experiences at this hotel. Also, a lack of usb/ usc outlets is increasingly frustrating when needing to recharge devices. Some standardised outlets would be really helpful. In my experience, not an expensive upgrade to provide. Entry door to the block is keycard activated, but the open time does seem excessive. Maybe a security concern for some. Also found the room carpet had not been cleaned very well. Worst of all was the pigeons that sit above the room. They have made quite a mess on the outside window sill. (Suspect the weekend rains will have sorted that out, hopefully). At least they are unable to make a nest up there. Aware that the breakfast facilities are being taken in house very soon. However, the weekend breakfast was not great. The mixed berries were still mostly frozen, bananas straight from a fridge. Things will hopefully improve.

  Standard Premier Inn. You know what you're getting. No Aircon (which we knew) but we arrived and had 2 fans in our room which was sufficient during the 30°+ heatwave. Plenty of free carparking spaces. Nice quiet location. Service has been great. Very welcoming staff. I marked the rooms down slightly as there are the odd cobwebs in corners and light shades but no big deal. Room was otherwise clean. Used as a base for Chessington, Thorpe Park and Legoland.
