Toilet really dirty in room 217 , staff very friendly however restsurant staff did not have long hair tied back , hanging over food. No phone in room for woman travelling alone, a little daunting if you needed help

Very friendly staff. Good room, comfortable and easy access to the local pub/restaurant for food. Restaurant is a bit tired but that's not the Premier Inn. Lovely breakfast, again with helpful staff. Easy, free parking and plenty of it. Also a nice play park just around the corner if you are staying with children. I'll be staying again.

The bed was comfy and the room was set up for myself, partner and two babies adequately. The bathroom could do with updating as there is black mould present on tile work, which isn’t pleasing to the eye. General cleanliness however was good. The service at breakfast was amazing, very attentive staff who were more than happy to help. Breakfast good value for money, and really nice to eat. Overall we had a pleasant experience staying here.

Usually have a good stay here but on our last visit our room obviously had not been cleaned properly for several weeks(if not months) ceiling absolutely covered in dust and cobwebs, thick dust on all high surfaces bathroom not thoroughly cleaned as hairs everywhere and toilet dirty. Reception staff good as usual but standards are obviously slipping as cleaners presumably not given enough time to do a proper job, likely a money saving measure. Extremely disappointing and probably won't use again after several previous stays.

Great place to stay, incredible staff, couldn't do enough to help. Pawan was a star at breakfast, he took our orders and made sure we had everything we needed. We will come back!
