Toilet really dirty, staff really friendly, however, staff in restaurant serving food with long hair not tied back. No phone inroom for female travelling alone, quite scary given location.

Everything you’d expect from a Premier Inn with the added bonus of service with a personal touch.

Brilliant for a couple of nights and the check in staff were all so lovely. We had a problem with the wifi which they resurrected in moments and were so kind about. The room itself was lovely and clean. Very well maintained but the shower was a little off so kept spraying into the bathroom even though we tried to move it.

Clean room, comfortable bed, no issues. Good shower, minimal toiletries. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was okay, palatable enough.

Stayed overnight between conferences, single room was clean and tidy, and staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast service was done very well, but couldn't help but notice there was a lack of morning staff and chefs. One server one cook, delt very well with a huge rush, both looked exhausted but were still powering through. Management really should get on that.
