  our room had no hot water and nobody seemed to think this was important. we were told by reception that they would restart the boiler and we should have hot water. we didn't and complained again. we were told that they would call someone to fix the problem and that it would be sorted in 4 hours. this was at 22.55 so it might be fixed by 3 am. when I asked for a different room i was told it would be the same as the whole hotel would be affected. i asked if anyone else had complained and was told that nobody had, but nobody else would take a shower or bath at 10.55 pm.

  Room was nice but offered a restaurant option but found out on arrival it was closed not good service at all

  There are better priced hotel's in the area. My room smelled of damp, the bathroom of drains. Has you walk through there's spray to hide the same smells but still noticeable. The restaurant has closed down, which they don't tell even if you have pre-paid in advance, and take a week after checkout to repay. No air-con, windows do open but outside area really noisy all night. Generally rundown and a bit dirty. On the plus easy to find and parking just outside.

  Gets checked in , get to the room and the door won't lock inside or out . Girl on reception says they are fully booked . Now stuck !

  Told at check-in no breakfast and as my package was an offer basically tough. Cups were dirty, toilet was dirty. No sockets by the bed for my CPAP machine, Vending Machine out of order, TV remote incompatible with the TV to setup a wake up, Parking message asking to validate registration but hotel said don't need to, This is the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed at. Customer Services are not interested. Didn't want to see my photos. I was told as it was a promotional booking including a free breakfast tough. Surely that's illegal advertising something to get a booking then refusing to provide it. If this is the future of Premier Inn service then I'm done.
