  Hotel is good location , slightly leaning to the "i need a upgrade" side , Bobby is a top man , he is an inspiration to many , very caring and attentive to his clients and his job, would stay here again. However the pay for parking is a massive let down.

  We stayed as a family of five five and came in late after a long drive. Bobby the receptionist already knew who we were before we even walked in the door. You couldn't have a more attentive, kinder receptionist. In fact, the best receptionist I've ever met in my 48 years on this earth and I hope one day he'll be running the place. Premier Inn should do whatever they can to keep him onboard. The hotel itself was comfortable. Beds were absolutely fine. Breakfast was good and one tip if you leave the bathroom light on (which we did because we wanted our children to know where the bathroom was in the night) the fan stays on which is a bit loud. Other than that, we didn't hear street noise on a Friday night in our room. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Paid parking overnight was £2.50 until 8am but you can pay for more hours if you stay longer. Brekkie starts at 7 and has better quality than I would have expected from Premier Inn. The staff in the morning were all friendly and attentive as well. Bobby and the team are an absolute asset to the Premier Inn brand.

  Greeted with a warm friendly face and extremely polite Bobby who straight away made us feel relaxed and welcome. Wish there were more Bobbys in this world. Only downside the car park and wardens were on the ball checking cars just after 8.00 so not able to have a lie in

  We stayed at the Premier Inn Basingstoke for four nights and had a really pleasant experience. We received a warm welcome on arrival, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the town centre. Parking is available right outside the hotel and can easily be paid for using the RingGo app. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet, with no noise disturbances at all. The breakfast buffet was also really good, with a nice selection of food. My only small suggestion would be to offer vegetarian sausages as part of the buffet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! 😊

  During each of my stays, I am consistently greeted with a warm welcome from all the staff members, particularly from Suhas, who always extends a very hospitable welcome. Suhas consistently ensures my satisfaction with all aspects of my visit, including food and beverages. Suhas is a valuable asset to both the company and the team. My sincere thanks go to Suhas for the exceptional service provided.
