Staff probably the most friendly I’ve seen in a hotel!!

The room was very spacious, and the staff were kind and polite throughout our stay. Jenny was especially sweet and made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent—we were able to walk easily to the castle. Breakfast was lovely, with options such as porridge, poached eggs, and more. Overall, this hotel offers very good value for money.

Very well situated. Convenient for the town and amenities. Room was clean and service excellent. Excellent breakfast in next door building. We ate in Fu's Chinese restaurant round the corner.
Only had 2 nights stay but felt like a weeks holiday. Really enjoyed it.
My favourite Premier Inn due to its convenient and picturesque location on Victoria Dock, Caernarfon. It is a pretty yacht harbour with great views across to Anglesey. Perfect position to easily walk around the town walls and access the shops/etc on the main square. Walking away from the town you will find yourself directly on the Wales Coastal Path to Y Felinheli and Bangor. Easy flat coastal walk to Y Felinheli - along Menai Strait and there are regular buses to return back.
Don't be put off by parking being in a nearby pay and display - it is a few steps away and cost me £7.70 for 24 hours (what I paid yesterday) Parking is genuinely only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel entrance and you can pull up and unload luggage etc at the hotel first. I have stayed there once a year for the last 5 years and the staff have always been very welcoming. As a lone female guest, I have always felt very safe. Hotel is clean, quiet and bathrooms are nice. The food offering is at the nearby TableTable. I haven't eaten there for dinner, but the breakfasts I have had there have been very good. There is an offer currently of buying dinner, 1 x drink plus breakfast for a set amount, which looked v reasonable to me, but I didn't do it as had already sorted my evening meal.
I shall definitely stay again next year.
