  The room was very hot and the fan in the room was noisy and broken. It was quite noisy as we could hear the next room's phones vibrating every time they got a notification late at night and could hear the people above stomping around in the early hours. We were on the ground floor with a young family, so it didn't feel as safe as it could have. The breakfast wasn't great on the first morning. Bacon undercooked and eggs overdone. Generally there were not enough staff.

  Awful experience and still waiting for refund for meal deal over four weeks later. Brewers Fayre has been replaced by a tiny, wholly inadequate, 'restaurant' which gets over-booked. If you are lucky enough to get a table expect at least an hour for your food. Outside space is a disappointment, pictures on website show outside seating and tidy gardens etc. This is now not true, all seating has been removed and the car park and outside space is owned by a private company who don't maintain it. All bins over-flowing and rubbish everywhere. Very very disappointing.

  Be aware of the car parking scam. Make sure the hotel enters your car reg on their system. If you get a ticket from an outfit called "Horizon Parking", use the appeal process on their website and upload your booking confirmation email screenshot to it.

  We had an awful experience here. When we arrived the female receptionist was at best abrupt at worst just rude. Does she not realise that without guests she would not have a role. We were treated as though we were an hindrance to her. Some customer training clearly needed. The room itself was very tired but our main problem was the lack of air conditioning. Granted it was one of the hottest evenings in the year but the room was airless despite having the windows open. We were given a very old fan which was useless and only served to be noisy and agitated the dust in the room. I am asthmatic and found it difficult to breathe. We did moot leaving the hotel at 3 in the morning. We were looking forward to our stay in Tewksbury but were extremely disappointed. The young man on reception at our checkout was lovely and listened to our complaints sympathetically. Premier Inn? Inferior Inn. We use Premier Inns regularly but our experience has undermined our confidence in providing a reasonably priced comfortable room for the night.

  This hotel is far from the standard I would expect from Premier Plus. There is no air conditioning. The restaurant experience was even worse. Nobody comes to you or checks on you, so I had to wait around 20 minutes just to place an order. After that, I waited another hour for the food to arrive. Unfortunately, the food was not worth the wait. We ordered Caesar Salad, Stacked Burger and other plates. Everything was disappointing. The ingredients felt cheap and of poor quality, some of the food seemed overheated, and overall it was nowhere near the standard I would expect.
