  Great location for exploring Gloucester, Worcester, Cheltenham and Evesham. It is on the outskirts of Gloucester but plenty of buses pass regularly. I've stayed in lots of Premier inns so only 4 stars for the room, on the small size. Still got all the necessary bits, bath, shower, kettle, coffee etc but no comfy chair so sat/lay mostly on the bed. There was a cooling fan already going when we walked in, which was a lovely touch as it was hot outside. We were able to leave the car in the carpark even though we were very early. Strangely, the M5 was very quiet! There was some updating work being done during the day but we were warned several times before booking and when checking in. Comfy bed, as always.

  Absolutely minging, disgusting and unclean rooms. Stains all over headboards across three rooms we asked to move to, pubic hair all over each bath, spiders and cobwebs in each bathroom and room. Dust everywhere. The rooms aren’t maintained at all and this place looks like an old run down motel you’d find in the middle of nowhere. The first lady I spoke to at reception was lovely, changed our room as quick as possible, however, the second bloody lady gave us some right attitude and told us that they can’t do anything (can’t even clean the room properly and up to standards of other premier inn hotels?), only after i prompted to be moved rooms again did she know what to do. Can’t even get a bloody refund. Not to mention when we first arrived the power was cut and we had to wait 30 minutes in a horrible waiting room. To anyone looking at this place and looking at reviews, please check the one star reviews and absolutely do not stay here. Be warned

  Don't have the fish, especially after 8pm, it was so dry it was curly, the peas were cold, it was awful, son enjoyed his mixed grill but anything that can be precooked is kept in a warmer..yuk..breakfast was well worth the money, staff were amazing, we wanted a sweet, I needed one , was starving, the 'chef' had left but the young lady did the Cadbury chocolate and ice-cream...it was soooo good, yes i would go again just orfer food earlier and ask the fish to be cooked fresh

  Hotel was satisfactory. Restaurant was awful. Took 90 mins to wait for food and wasn’t even offered an apology.
