  Make sure you get a parking ticket.i paid for one didn't get a ticket plus a £1for charity.got fined £60 even though it's on my bank statement.

  Had an absolute amazing stay, room was spotless and all the staff were friendly and happy to help with my requests. Literally minutes from motorway and close to food chains

  Unfortunately this did not compare well with the other Premier Inns I have stayed in. The room was boiling hot when I went in, even though there was a heatwave, the air con had not been turned on in advance and the window was shut. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain. As this was the only available room, there was no point asking for another. The air con was so ineffective it may as well not have been there at all. I spent a very uncomfortable night trying to keep cool and was glad to leave the next day. The poor receptionist had no air con at all. She was very helpful and polite and should not be made to work in sweltering conditions. This hotel is badly in need of updating.

  Perfectly located for our visit. Lovely greeting for breakfast every morning. Room was lovely and quiet and deliciously cool on arrival after an extremely hot journey. Disappointed we had to wait over an hour for the room but wasn't a deal breaker. Will use again.

  The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But the plumbing needs to be updated.
