  This hotel is not far from the city centre. It only takes around 5 minutes to drive to Abbey Ground Pay and Display which is just a minute walk from High Street. I had a good sleep even though the window of my room was facing the main road. It was quiet and sound proof. I could not hear any noise from outside. Just like any other hotels the room is fit with AC and coffee/tea

  Great location, nice clean rooms, also great to have McDonald's and Aldi literally next door.

  The only reason we gave less than five stars for the room was the air conditioning can't be set lower than 19 degrees (a high temperature for sleep!) Pui and her team have been amazing. My wife and I celebrated our 34th anniversary this week, and Pui, couldn't have been more lovely. Thank you again

  If I could give this hotel 0 stars then I would! Do not stay at this hotel!! Spent 2 nights being bitten from head to toe with bed bugs and ticks. Hotel manager did nothing. Customer relations, again nothing. Apparently you don’t qualify for a refund. Investigation apparently conducted with no infestation found (shock) yet cannot provide evidence to me that this investigation took place. The cleanliness of the room was disgusting. Once we complained about the room after night 1 we were told there were no rooms available and sent back to the room with the bugs!! Even if there was a slight chance of bed bugs in the room, you should not be sending guests back in there until it was investigated!! Was told 3 times at breakfast that we didn’t have breakfast included despite us paying the night before and was left standing like lemons by a young and quite frankly rude member of staff. Item stolen from the room, apparently they thought it was their property. The worst stay I have ever had in a hotel, absolute joke of a place and the customer complaint team do not give a damn. Just back and forth with the same naff apology and ‘ no refund’ response. I have a video of the tick that was taken in the hotel bathroom and sent to them clearly alive but couldn’t possibly of come from the hotel apparently. ( won’t allow me to upload the video)
