When we arrived we found the sheets on the bed were dirty and covered in brown stains. There were multiple issues with the shower. Door seal was hanging off. The pipe into the shower was lose and more water came out the back than the shower head, and the shower pan was cracked and leaked water out onto the bathroom floor. Wouldn't stop again

The reason for 3 stars for rooms was because unless you let reception know and put a card on your door they don't come in to make the beds or change the towels even if you do it is hit and miss weather you get it done

Room was disgusting had other peoples hair in the bed sheets and the fridge which clearly had not been cleaned, what appears mud or ketchup stains along with black marks and spots on the sheets, floor covered in bleech you’d think someone’s been shot. The bathroom looks mouldy with black stains on the glass of the shower. Fridge empty despite paying for a premier plus room( oh other then other people’s HAIR because that’s in the fridge) vile hotel would NEVER recommend this place to anyone stay far far away

A mid range score for a mid range hotel. The room was a good size and clean. The location next to a huge roundabout is convenient for driving away from Cirencester as quickly as possible, but not very convenient for visiting it - it's not particularly near anything like pubs, restaurants or sites. Therefore we had dinner in the restaurant - the chicken curry was good, the chicken burger was not. Staff weren't particularly friendly, but they were fine. An enquiry we made to the hotel via email a week before went unanswered. The buffet breakfast was solid. Notably good coffee. Big car park. So a mixed bag. Could definitely do better.

Nice clean hotel, staff helpful. Link from email with directions link to maps took me to tesco, the hotel is on the right before tesco. Fairly busy on Monday evening, had the meal deal food good.
