  Highly recommend. Good location for the area .very clean tidy hotel staff very helpful breakfast was delish top marks to the chef he made lovely pouched eggs . Definitely would book this hotel if in the area . Other family stopped at the other other in Cheltenham but it wasn't good . . Definitely book this one over other in the area .

  First room had a sewage smell in the bathroom second room had no wardrobes my daughter's room her toilet was leaking had noisy people banging upstairs into the late evening the man on the decks was very nice sorted it and he couldn't do enough then to top it of in the morning we was told no hot breakfast only continental but was offered a refund I felt for the people who work there as they had to put up people moaning they did there best you need to re decorate the place or you will have more bad reviews.

  This is probably to dirtiest Premier Inn I’ve staying in! Low standard of cleanliness throughout!

  Nicki the front of house is a amazing superstar looked after me and my family so well This beautiful lady needs a big pay rise Thank you for everything and for working so hard to make us all feel happy xx
