Are Premier Inn going down hill? Two people in a room and only one set of towels Flat pillows Small bath / shower Tip. Do not get room 14. Right next door to the breakfast room and this starts at 6am. Why could staff talk when setting up breakfast when they can shout?

We stay in several premier inn hotels each year, never previously been to this one. This hotel is very overdue a revamp, very sad.

Typical Premier Inn with clean rooms and friendly staff. No air conditioning but a turbo charged fan provided. Kept the air moving and cool. It was noisy but we have a fan all the time so didn’t bother us.

We had a lovely two-night stay at Premier Inn Cheltenham North West during our weekend trip to the Cotswolds. The location was also excellent. A large retail park with a good selection of shops is directly opposite the hotel and within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for general shopping and buying any essentials. We received a very warm welcome from Nikki, who was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. She really helped make our experience enjoyable. Allysia was also very friendly and helpful during breakfast. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The excellent service and convenient location are definitely reasons we would happily return!
