  Check in machines checked me in but failed to make a key and I had to wait ages for a member of staff

  You know where you stand with a Premier Inn! Rooms are the same where ever you go and you’re pretty much guaranteed to have a good nights sleep. The Aircon struggled to get the room to a nice temperature and those horrendous milk sachets for your tea and coffee are just awful. The location is perfect for the restaurants in Gloucester Quays. It’s difficult to give a service score because everything seems to have gone electronic, I didn’t see a member of staff throughout my stay. Pricing seems to have crept up since my last visit.

  Well situated, free parking available. Next to a Costa Coffee and rather nice bar serving tapas and crepes.

  Firstly the location is great and is a good place to stay despite the issues I had. The room was nice enough and clean. The downside to the room was no control over the temperature it was set to 21 degrees or off, making it hard to get the room how you like it. The service is not great to be honest you check in your self now, it's hard to get receptionist which is key for several thinks you would want in the hotel. For example if you want the room cleaned, sheets changed or new towel's. We asked for room to be cleaned and several things where just not cleaned or changed.
