  Lovely quiet (despite the A40 on the doorstep) clean Prem Inn. We cannot fault it. All the staff we encountered were absolutely lovely. Big shout out to Joel who cooks a fabulous brekkie. He did us eggs and some veggie sausages to order and told us to ask for anything else we needed. The hot buffet was kept fresh and well stocked without causing waste. In between cooking eggs and porridge to order he cleared tables and tidied. He smiled and offered help throughout. He's an absolute gem. We'll stay here and book in for brekkie again.

  Room was clean, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The breakfast service was 5 stars thanks to Joel who .ade sure everything was perfect.

  Premier Inn is always my first choice when looking for an overnight stay, and this visit once again lived up to expectations. We were visiting Cheltenham for my aunt’s 90th birthday celebration, and the hotel was in a very convenient location, with a McDonald’s almost next door — ideal for something quick to eat after arriving in the evening. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, giving us a good night’s rest. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with plenty of choice and everything nicely prepared. Overall, another pleasant stay with Premier Inn, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay, hopefully at the end of August near Highcliffe Castle.

  Stayed 2 nights as a base for visiting The Cotswolds. Free parking, pleasant staff and large room. Quiet too. Took breakfast two mornings. Joel the breakfast chef has to be commended on his pleasant manner and can do attitude.
