  Location very convenient just walked over from arrivals plenty of free parking a petrol station next door car hire 2 stone throws away perfectly located will visit again

  Pure fraud, complete dishonesty from Premier inn once again! For the second time this year refusing to refund rooms advertised as “refundable up to 24 hrs” Pure dishonesty, deliberately sending you through to an Indian switchboard to fein ignorance about a hotel in Glasgow !! Fraud, plain and simple

  If you need to stay near Glasgow airport, this is the spot. The room was exceptionally clean and modern, the dinner was better than expected, and I don't know who does their hiring, but keep it up! More helpful, friendly staff we have never met...special kudos to Ciara...she's a keeper and made our evening. The gentleman at the front desk (sorry I did not get their name) was also extra helpful. We will be back. Thank you!

  Nice enough Premier Inn. My only issue was the bathroom door stop, which is very easy to stand on when getting out the (very good) shower. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, however. No staff on hand and the Continental breakfast selection was sparse to say the least. Better to pay £2 more for the cooked breakfast.

  We stayed for one night at the end of August in a Premier Plus room. I couldn't tell the difference between that and any other Premier Inn room we've stayed in before. I've stayed in Premier Plus rooms before in London and these were not like them. Food was shockingly bad and expensive. Wish I'd taken a photo now. We waited over an hour for over cooked cold small gammon and chips plus whatever my family ate. The staff should've maybe realised it wasn't good enough to serve, but I guess they were over worked as they were short staffed that night. I understand it wasn't their fault staff didn't turn in and they were very apologetic for the wait. It might be better when they're fully staffed, but our experience it was very poor. Convenient for the airport and there's a petrol garage nearby with a Subway and Greggs.
