  This hotel is first class. Great location for airport and marine training centre! Staff are all friendly, hard working and exceed all expectations. Ryan, Ian and Hayley always seem to be on shift when I stay! They are welcoming and remember you which is amazing. Food is great, nice variety, breakfast is great. The Premier Plus rooms are well worth the upgrade. Quiet, spacious, coffee machine, fridge with complimentary water. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Abbiamo dormito qui poiché avevamo un volo presto di mattina, è molto comodo visto che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal. La camera è abbastanza grande ma mancava un appoggio per la valigia. Manca anche un mini bar e acqua in camera. Il bagno è abbastanza grande ma mancano completamente set da bagno. Insomma è buono solo per dormirci. Abbiamo poi preso un dolcino al ristorante, dolce buono ma cosa molto apprezzabile è che ci è stato fornito il libro degli allergeni quando abbiamo detto alla cameriera le nostre allergie.

  Stayed here for 1 night, all the staff were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Went for a light bite in the evening and our waitress went above and beyond but the food unfortunately let it down. Room was clean and comfortable had a great nights sleep. Breakfast although good quality products was cold. Will be back!

  I can't understand why this place is rated 3 star. The staff alone are 5 star. We had one overnight stay to catch a very early flight to Rome. We were greeted warmly by Hayley and Ian. They were courteous and helpful from the minute we arrived. We had a great laugh with them both while checking in, and again when we went for dinner later on. All the staff seemed happy to help. The room was spotlessly clean, and regardless of the close proximity to the airport (7 minutes walk) we heard no noise whatsoever. We were also grateful there was no noise from other guests throughout the night. The dining area was well laid out with plenty of space between tables. We were served promptly, again byHayley and Ian. The food was great and the area, like our room, was spotlessly clean. Overall we were extremely happy with every aspect of our brief stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Happy to recommend. Thank you Karen and Tony

  Customer service does not exist! I’m in the middle of booking 26 hotel nights. I just booked 12 hotel nights and was planning on booking 16 more hotel nights. I will not book more nights until this is resolved. The app changed my check in date to 6/8/26. I was booking for Sept 8-10. I’m in the US and there is no direct way to contact them on a weekend. I have to wait til Monday. The app will not allow fix it. If it’s not resolved I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
