Bed is good, as always!
Restaurant is poor, as always too, i am reluctant to say.
(I had the saddest raviola plate ever for the full price, so thats how you have guests eat outside)
So we choose Premier inn for the good sleep, always.

Went for our tea and waited a hour and still hadn't seen anyone to order. They only had one guy ,booking you in the he was clearing tables, delivering drinks to table then bringing food out, i asked if I order at the bar for food and drinks i was told to wait and someone would come to me, 1 hour later still no one came so we left.was a shame for the guy left to do everything.people where all talking about how bad it was
Stayed here for an event at the hydro, just want to say this time may be the last time. I used to love coming to this place as the staff were amazing always ready to step above and beyond to make your stay worthwhile. The first day we arrived I had to wait an hour and half for my dinner as the booking was 2030 and at 2145 I was asked if we had placed our order which was then told it was out of stock. The young girl behind the bar couldn't even pour a pint, I had to ask her to top it up as it was few cms below the level it should be. We ended up receiving dinner around 10pm.
The breakfast staff were amazing the next day and the following night the staff seemed to have upped their game. However when you pay inflated prices because of an event is close by, you expect the service to be at least standard.

Went for a meal here last night and it was terrible. It took over an hour for our food and drinks to get to the table. Our food arrived before our drinks even!
When I asked about the drinks the waitress said sorry there was a queue at the bar for drinks and they would bring them as fast as possible. It had already been over an hour since we ordered them!
I ordered the chicken Makhani curry and the chicken was warm, but the sauce and rice were cold. I was going to complain, but I heard another member of staff shouting and swear at another customer, so I didn't feel comfortable to approach them in case that happened to me too.
All the staff looked visibly stressed.
They shouldn't take on so many bookings if they can't handle it.
The food also looked like something you would buy in a microwave ready meal and was the portion size of that, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was. The prices were really high for the quality as it was £15 for the curry! Also £4.20 for a diet Coke!
Two of my friends ordered a pizza and it looked like one of those cheap frozen pizzas you can buy and they just put the extra toppings they wanted on it.
I will never eat at a premier inn restaurant ever again!
