Came here when there was a race due to be on at the weekend causing road closures. The staff were so helpful providing information about bus/train services and things to do nearby. Bus right outside and train across the bridge
When visiting Glasgow on business trips this is always my preferred location.
Staff are attentive, there's a calmness with the location and the hotel itself is spacious and often quiet (dependant on local events).
The food menu has been updated and the selection is good. Wait times are short.
I haven't given 5 stars as I feel the decor is starting to look tired in areas (stained carpets, damaged furniture) which is a shame as it's the only thing that lets it down

Premier Inn Glasgow Pacific Quay such a lovely hotel and such friendly folk, the rooms were very cosy and the beds are so comfy, service at premier inn was really good 👍 and location was great too not too far from the Riverside museum which is where I went for a gig on Saturday,so all in all I was very happy with the premier inn and for the prices of rooms and for food were also good too 👍🙂 and great views from the window looking out to the ovo hydro and the Crowne Plaza hotel 🙂

The staff were good and the hotel is of the usual Premier Inn standard. However, the bedroom windows do not open. Hence, one star. Recirculated air delivered by a noisy fan (and surely less fire safe than an opening window) is not for me. Come on Premier Inn, how many of your customers have asked for a room without an opening window?

If you want to contact this Hotel and speak to someone on the phone forget it, no chance.
We were charged twice for breakfast and had to resolve this issue with the main office.
Before you go to your room make sure you pick up extra tea and coffee as they just left two tea bags in our room for our two night stay.
The staff are very helpful just a shame you can't contact this hotel on the phone.
