  It was a decent hotel with everything you needed. Breakfast was decent and check-in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good for a night before starting the West Highland Way hike.

  Romm ok, bed strange high and not comfortable. It is our first accommodation on the west highland way. And I wouldn't recommend it. Breakfast is terrible. Only white bread, absolutely nothing savory in continental breakfast. The "coocked" breakfast is drawn in fat and I can't eat all this for breakfast. No savory spread? No cheese? I go on 12 miles hike with 2 decent pancakes, spoon of plain yogurt and two slices of bread in the stomach. Really disappointed.

  I stayed in Room 120 for the night and unfortunately had a very disturbed sleep due to significant walking noise from the room above. In addition, I noticed excessive dust on the curtains and fan, which is evident in the video I recorded. I wanted to bring this to your attention as it affected the overall comfort and cleanliness of my stay.

  If you like cob webs in your room, holes in walls and minging carpets that you better not walk bare foot in, coming back after being at work all day and no one has been in to make bed or change towels or even hoover the cob webs up that I had already complained about....then this is the place to be!!

  Basic hotel als startpunt voor de West Highland Way. Het ontvangst door de receptionist was allerhartelijks. De kamers zijn schoon, maar vrij klein. Het ontbijt is uitermate teleurstellend. 1 dame deed haar uiterste best om het buffet aangevuld te houden. Toch moest op veel gewacht worden. Producten zijn niet bijzonder en low budget.
