  Room stuck at 24 degrees, no breakfast, cumbernauld is pretty horrible to be blunt.

  Die Bilder stimmen irgendwie überhaupt nicht. Das Gelände ist sehr dreckig und verkommen. An der Rezeption wollten sie uns den Betrag für das Zimmer nochmal abziehen obwohl es nachweislich bereits 3 Monate vorher schon bezahlt wurde. Es ist auch innen nicht sehr sauber. Morgens kann man sich einen Kaffee und ein paar Cornflakes holen und auch eine Banane. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt. Ansonsten rings rum Taco Bell, subway, mc donalds, KFC usw.

  Lucy was absolutely wonderful and so welcoming! The beds were comfortable and was an overall nice stay :)

  The staff are so helpful n friendly , plenty of food places around the hotel . Lovely clean room with really comfy beds

  Absolutely fantastic stay! Even though the hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, it did not affect our stay at all. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organised. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had three great nights of sleep. The location is excellent, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away, making everything very convenient. A special thank you to Lucy at reception, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Her kindness and professionalism really made a difference and helped make the experience even more enjoyable. I stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
