  I'll start by saying premier in staff lovely and rooms clean... However kiaos when fire alarm went off no one knew what was going on no direction jumped out of bed settled after a long day to sit outside in pjs not the restful night I planned ws went to restraunt next day walked in and took over 5 mins from anyone to even be at the bar seated ourselves service was poor food was okay Then for breakfast greeted by someone who literally look like they couldn't be bothered a grumble good morning Continental selection standard but enjoyed that and I always look forward to cooked breakfast specially when cooked fresh however worse breakfast by far bacon slightly cooked black pudding soaked in oil mushrooms boiled just not the standard from premier in and I think this is the only one I've left a poor review about as I always love a premier in got another two booked this month and hope to God they ain't like this one

  Absolutely ruined our evening. I have never felt so uncomfortable dining at a restaurant in my life. Karen, our server, was unbelievably rude, cold, and hostile from start to finish. Her tone, attitude, and overall behaviour were completely unacceptable for someone working in hospitality. She made both myself and my girlfriend feel genuinely unwelcome and uncomfortable the entire night. The atmosphere was awful as well, no music, complete silence, and an incredibly awkward environment that only made her attitude stand out even more. It was painfully obvious she didn’t want to be there and couldn’t care less about giving customers a decent experience. If you dislike dealing with people that much, hospitality is clearly the wrong industry. Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Please do take this as constructive criticism 👍
