I'm really disappointed from this stay because the window cannot be closed and the cold air is going through the room all the time and at the same time they don't want to change my room
I have to say the food here was the best I have had at any premier inn across Britain so far.
The guy next to me even commented on his meal as lovely.
Five stars for food and service..

Great location with plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Leanne who works at the hotel was absolutely fantastic with our group booking. So difficult nowadays to get good customer service and she went out of her way to help me. Be back again next year; thanks to all the team there 👍
On arrival, we were welcomed very professionally by Chelsey. She was polite, informative and also immediately apologetic due to an issue with the restuarant closure. Chelsey gave assurances and updates as she received them.
On progression to my room, there was an issue, again Chelsey interviened and reaolved this without any further inconvenience.
I would like to personally thank Chelsey for her professionalism, her courtesy, her empathy and ensuring everything within her power was acheived to reconcile the initial hiccups on arrival.
Premier Inn, you have a fantastic member of staff in Chelsey and is well deserving of recognition.

Stayed here many times for work. Rooms are very tired. Window does not shut handle is broken. Reported to reception and Facilities Manger. After 2 days still not resolved and asked for another room and told not possible. Hence bad nights sleep.
As window handle broken. Room was noisy and drafty. Heater in room broken but was given a portable heater that had 2 missing wheels.
Was offered 1 free drink as compensation.
Will not stay here again.
Rooms are dirty under the beds never cleaned has rubbish used tissues and beer bottle tops.
Lino in bathroom all old and wrinkled wood blown and dirty. Furniture broken .
Have used Premier in for 10 years working away this is the worst I have stayed in.
In desperate need of refurbishment.
