  Pleasurable stay with the best staff at any Premier Inn. Exceptional service in the restaurant especially as I have Coeliac. All staff well trained in cross contamination. Rooms are large and well appointed.

  Arrived 2.43pm and told to check in would be an additional £30 as 3pm was check in time. Having been driving for three hours, not amused. The room temperature system did not work at all, just the fan blowing air! Plus £4.80 for parking, not £4.50 as advertised

  Good room, good service in the evening and decent food too. Breakfast was annoyingly disorganised: "I didn't realise there were so many people..." Nonsense. We are talking about 10 people, all of whom booked the night before. Things happen, sure, but please don't annoy timebound customers with silliness.

  I’ve stayed here a few times now and the staff are wonderful - especially the Manager who runs the place with such efficiency and she’s so helpful too! (Don’t know her name but she’s tiny in stature) Great breakfast, enough parking and right next to an M&S, what’s not to like?

  Stayed here in the Premier inn Uckfield when we visited our daughter and cannot fault a single thing, every member of staff was very welcoming, friendly and very polite, the room was very clean, spacious and the bed was amazing, breakfast was an all you can eat ( cooked or continental) , we even had an evening meal again great service and good quality food at a reasonable price
