  Idéalement placé quand on débarque du ferry tard, la chambre était spacieuse et parfaitement aménagé. Très calme, nous avons passé une excellent nuit. Le petit déjeuner à volonté est une tuerie.

  The welcome last night was very laclusture both receptionists seemed to think their computer screen was more important than a guest arrival... They also didn't mention that I should have registered my vehicle so that it didn't get fined. This morning the bathroom smelt of dank rotting wood... Just genuinely not nice... But very convenient for the ferry Addendum.. ... I rang the number that was put in the reply, 3 times I got through perfet signal... it then transferred to people with US accents (fine) - but each time they could hardly hear me, or vice versa - eventually (loosing the will now) get through to a lady - and because I didnt raise my concerns immediately with the hotel there was nothign they could do. THe fact that it was midnight - and I had to be up in 5 hours didnt matter, the fact that the car park issue I did not know till the following morning, the fact that I was about as far from reception as I could be - with a heavy bag all counts for nothing - avoid avoid avoid

  Stayed here for a long weekend and it was great. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Powerful shower and good wifi connection. The staff on reception really made my stay - very welcoming, polite and always cheerful! Thank you for a pleasant weekend.

  We frequent this hotel often, the staff are always helpful and friendly. We often see Amelia on reception who is fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are always clean and consistent. The beds are very comfortable.

  I stayed here a few weeks ago with my family and I was welcomed by a lovely lady on reception called Ameila, she helped me with everything I needed. During the night I needed an extra pillow and John who works the night team got this for me within no time! Both of them went above and beyond for me and my family and I am very grateful! Thank you so much! ☺️
