  During my week long stay I experienced excellent customer service from Charlie and manager Chris. Also from Hope who kindly offered to make me an ace iced coffee just when I needed one in the summer heatwave! Good luck to you all :)

  Great hotel and Premier inn is always a good option. My only issue was the check in. There was 1 member of staff with the machine check in broken. Also it's not overly clear regarding parking. However staff were happy to explain.

  Another great stay at Premier Inn, Lewes. Met by Chris who handled check in extremely well given there had been a change from the original date of my stay. Also, he was super helpful re parking and saved me a lot of worry. Thanks, Chris!!

  Love premier Inn for consistency of standards. Great mattress, good sized room and good price. Well located for station and town. Massive shout out to Hope who with her lovely smile and courtesy really made us feel at home and welcome.

  Room had been recently refurbished, very clean Most of the staff were helpful. Issue with time delay with dinner. Excellent location.
