  I've been a Premier Inn customer for a a number of years and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced.

  We have been staying here on and off several times a year to see family. It use to be really good, rooms seemed clean and staff was really good. However in the last 9 months it's massively gone down hill... The rooms have a manky smell and clearly not cleaned properly. The floors are filthy as are the chairs. Unfortunately the staffing has changed alot, and the current ones come across as rude, unfriendly and really couldn't care less about your stay. Sadly this puts a downer on the few remaining good staff. This maybe the last time we stay here as it's no longer the affordable hotel for families to use due to poor service and cleanliness/hygiene.

  Premier Inn Eastbourne Town Centre is perfectly placed for seeing lovely Eastbourne, and while the rooms are perhaps slightly in need of some TLC our overall experience was excellent due to the staff and in particular their care when it came to food allergies at breakfast. As a Coeliac, I've experienced the full range of attitudes towards what is a serious allergy and I can say without exception, the lengths to which the staff went out of their way to ensure food safety for us were the best I've ever experienced anywhere. Without exception! Nothing was too much trouble, and I could tell the team genuinely cared. So thank you Premier Inn Eastbourne Town Centre. You set a standard many many other (more expensive) hotels (and restaurants) could only dream of!

  Great staff, clean rooms and food was good. I knocked a star off for the automatic check-in which took longer than having a member of staff check us in. Also, the air conditioning unit was very noisy.
