  We stayed overnight at this premier inn we were located on 1st floor. Car park was £7.50 for 24 hours, (when we last stayed it was free) our room was facing the car park, if the window was open you would hear the other guests drinking outside the restaurant, staff were friendly and helpful. We don’t have dinner at the restaurant we decided to have Dominoes Pizza 🍕 delivered. The beds were ok but where have back problems I found the mattress a bit too firm for me, other than that had a nice stay and would go back! Reasonably priced hotel. 😀

  Best thing about this premier inn is location as it is 10 minutes from my client who I visited. Awful place. No reception staff and when their screen checking system doesn’t work and you have to ask for your room key, they treat you like some criminal. Miserable staff, filthy rooms with stained carpets that stink. Soap dispensers don’t even work in the bathroom. Worst coffee I ever had and again, in the morning the staff glare at you like you should be be there. Guests pay £12 for car parking but visitors get it for less. How’s that? Would never use premier inn again after this experience. Less that budget hotel and they’re absolutely correct when the say no frills. It’s like a detention centre. Awful.

  Very bad for van theft . I stop there for 2 night and had both my vans robbed. They drilled hole in the side doors and took over 10 000 £ worth of kit . Be aware . I would recommend if you have to stay there put a rachet stap on the side door inside to the roof .

  Lilia the receptionist at Premier Inn Thurrock west was excellent. Lilia was warm, welcoming, and highly professional, making the check-in process quick and stress-free. She handled everything efficiently while maintaining a friendly and approachable manner. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, creating a great first impression and setting the tone for a pleasant stay.

  What should have been a restful stay was far from it. Had a noisy guest somewhere close to us which was making a racket late into the night. Notified the staff who were kind enough to investigate only to relay that they have found out who it is and management are aware yet nothing has been done/actioned. Further information provided was that it was a room that had been provided for temporary accommodation housing! Whilst we had to pay for the room in the hopes of getting rest, it was far from it. Avoid at all costs if you actually want to rest or sleep
