  Very convenient location just 2 minutes off the A12. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment and the completed rooms are to a good Premier Inn standard. The staff are so welcoming and personable also. USB C slots for direct charging too across the room as well as USB A options.

  Brooke was excellent! Our family of 8 dined in the Thyme Restaurant and we received the most amazing service from her. Brooke had such an amazing smile and a positive attitude and really added to our experience in the restaurant. We really enjoyed the food and drinks and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

  When we arrived at hotel FOR our five night stay the staff where friendly but did ask us to move one of our very large company vans,tight into the shrubbery ,in order to allow other guests to park easily as receptionist explained, as they was fully book in the hotel that night , we was more than happily to do this as this would help other guests.BUT on the 3rd night late back from a 14hr working shift i couldn't park as a large van had taken 4 spaces ,I mentioned this to the receptionist and received nothing but rudeness and pure disrespect towards myself shouting over the top of other guests ,even other guests were shocked at this type of behaviour the member of staff shouted towards myself this was the worst,unprofessional member of staff I've met within all the premier inns I've ever stayed in, I will not be staying the 5 nights.due this disgraceful outburst from a member of staff .same really as other members of the team really lovely same for one bad apple.

  We stayed here over several weeks whilst helping family. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We only had breakfast but there was a good choice. I messed one booking up and the staff went above and beyond to sort it out for us.
