  This is second year I've been here with my running club (Burgess Hill Runners) and we were incredibly well looked after. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff managed a big group dinner and early breakfast for us all with ease. Very much appreciated, and enjoyed being here again. I will be back again in the future!

  We take part in a running event each year which sees us running around the Green Belt of London over the weekend - as we are from Sussex we need somewhere to eat and sleep on the Saturday night. All of the staff were polite, friendly and organised - we weren't the only team staying but check-in was smooth and very well organised. Karen and her team had the meals sorted and although we were 35 people in total no one had to wait for their orders. The entire team throughout our stay went above and beyond for us - even coming in early to give us an early breakfast before our departure. Well done to everyone at Premier Inn Brentwood - Karen said she was very proud of her team - who she led magnificently.

  This is the best Premier Inn that we have used in Essex. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service is exceptional, the rooms are clean and well laid out. We will be using this hotel again. Highly recommended. A special mention for Gary, Courtney and Roz! Superstars who really made the whole experience perfect.

  Nice location and a lovely hotel overall. The Premier Plus room is a great choice; very comfortable with a few extra touches that make it feel more luxurious, like a fridge with complimentary sparkling water, chocolate bars, coffee pods, and a tea/coffee machine. The décor and style of the room are also really nice. The only downside was the limited on-site parking. However, I found a nearby option about a 10-minute walk away at Coptfold Road Car Park, which only cost £6 for overnight parking
