Arrived and was greeted by two lovely girls on 19/05. Manager advised me at the door they were experience a power cut, couldn’t apologise enough. While I was waiting for my room they were speaking to all guests, keeping us up to date and advising the closest restaurants and bars that would have power. When power was restored the ladies were prompt in coming to my door with a key and apologising again. Outstanding service given the difficult situation, I know I certainly wouldn’t have the patience for it.
Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast. We had booked premier inn plus which was worth it for the extra touches including a fridge.
We didn't sleep here but we had lots of family come and stay with you as we celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. We came and joined our family with the breakfast and we hadn't booked and just walked in, there was 16 of us who walked in without a booking and they welcomed up with a lovely smile and they got to work.
The waitress done an incredible job taking all our orders, making sure drinks were topped up and we were all happy and had everything we needed including dietary requirements. The chef done an amazing job at cooking all our food and it was all cooked just how we had asked. The lady in reception came to the rescue to help with all the madness and we are all so grateful for all they had done for us all.
They really impressed us all and so thankful they gave our family a lovely enjoyable breakfast.

lazy management. i discovered duplicate cc charges. I spoke with the reception folk, and later received a message stating I should contact their HQ. I spoke to the staff again next morning, and again later was told I should contact their HQ and there's nothing they can do. I checked out and disputed the charge. I would not stay at a Premier again
