  Great rooms, comfortable, clean, well maintained, easy to navigate, good price , very friendly staff an polite, breakfeast very good price everything cooked just to my liking, service at the table was great , would highly recommend an will be revisiting

  Have nightmares from staying here. I came here disabled, was put in a room by the stairs where I could hear everyone walking up and down throughout the day. They told me they only had 2 disabled rooms, so I had to go quite far down the corridor when I couldn't walk. The staff were rude to me, they told my family they felt threatened when I asked if the bath dirt could be looked at. As im a bigger man, I must of become some sort of threat. They also told my family that they were unsure how disabled I am as I can hold on to the walls walking down. Was there for 3 months unfortunately due to sickness, was completely ignored, banging outside the door all the time, lack of hot water, no Internet to get food and when I ordered food, I know its not their job to bring it to my door, but when I can't walk, those small things would of kept me going. Bad air circulation, lots of flys and an old build. There were 1 young lady and an African man that would be nice to me, other than that they would look away when I came across the front desk. Hope new management is put in place and could do for a rebuild

  NOT a buffet breakfast, expect a wait for your food if you want cooked. Don’t pay for brekkie here, wander over to the pub 30 steps away. Cobwebs everywhere in our room.

  Warm and efficient check in, had a Prem Plus room which was ideal, spotlessly clean. Note there is no bar in the hotel, but a decent pub 50 metres from reception. Breakfast was cooked to order and decent, boiler was broken but front of house lady was superb getting people tea and had everything under control.
