  Needed accommodation for site meetings (I come every month). Very quiet and clean. Good breakfast. Would recommend.

  Stayed for one night. Now we mistakenly thought the heater was broken so went to reception, who lent us a heater. By the time I returned to the room my husband had found out how to use it. So I gave it back.. We were really happy with the room. Bed, tea and coffee on offer. We had breakfast and we both said it's the best ever. Perfect cooking, and we can have cereals, fruit, croissants too. Best ever. Will stay here again.

  Stayed in a premier inn plus room which I paid extra for. It was very well cleaned with all the facilities you would expect. It's right next to the Harvester restaurant. However, the traffic noise from the A127 was really loud even with the windows closed! I had to sleep with earplugs on. This is unusual as I've stayed in many premier inns and the plus rooms are normally the quietest. Will not be going back as this spoilt the whole experience!

  Nice friendly staff, location is ok if you can put up with the noise of the traffic and petrolheads passing. One serious concern, carpark is CCTV'd and free, but insecure. Heard a van alarm going off 10pm on a Wednesday night and saw multiple vans being broken into for tools. Managed to alert the hotel staff at reception and deter the thief's from making an attempt on my van. Reported the reg's of the vans that had been hit to the reception staff so then the driver's/owner's could be alerted or informed. No-one was informed until I saw them in the morning in the carpark. Due to lack of security at the hotel and lack of help from hotel staff, I won't be using the hotel again.
