  I had wonderfull stay at ,the Premier Inn the team is absolutely amazing, had a breakfast Ausra was so helpful with her assistance. Reception team very welcomed. Huge parking on site

  The worst premier inn we have ever stayed at. Main entry corridor to ground floor rooms stank of urine/ ammonia. Dehumidifier circulating damp, rotten smell in the corridor, not to an external window or door. People on our floor smoking weed which was so potent it smelt even with our door closed.. We saw black bags and plastic bags of rubbish lining the corridor at 10/11pm at night. There were random 'little tree's air fresheners hung on fire exit doors to hide the terrible smell of the hotel. Our room was roasting hot, no ventilation. Extraction in the bathroom made a noise but wasn't working so the room filled hot damp air making the heat in the room even more unbearable. Our stay here was because we were attending a family funeral in Essex ( we had driven 3 hours to get there) . Hence why we were unable to hang around waiting for staff to complain to. I wrote to customer service whom, replied a week later saying there were no issues mentioned to staff and no issues within the hotel during my stay and I wasn't getting compensation, quoting process and procedures etc weren't adhered to.... I didn't complain to get compensation, I just mentioned how terrible my stay was and that the air conditioning was broken, and fan in the bathroom didn't work..... Clearly a cover up from the management of this branch.. Please, save yourself the bother and stay somewhere else..

  This is my second stay, the room on my first day was much tidier. In the sense of it was immaculate really fresh carpets. Couldn't find fault with anything. However, this time that are stains on the carpets and just general wear and tear the room needs a little TLC. Staff are Bob on though and couldn't help enough 🙏🏻🙏🏻

  Beds very comfy !!!! Good size room Zivile and Ausra made very welcoming morning , very good coffee and excellent service . Will be back 100%

  Some rooms are along a busy main road... Seems like lots of people like to take their cars racing there! Lots of noisy exhausts so loud I thought the window was open. Disappointed to find this wasn't the case... Aircon itself is also noisy, lots of sounds like water whooshing around it. Shame other local premier inns with premier plus don't have aircon... None of these local hotels have the best of both worlds. Bed was extremely comfy as I always find with a a premier inn. Staff were lovely and attentive. Just shame I had to play white noise so loud because of the road to be able to sleep. I guess as always with a premier inn, shouldn't complain too much when paying £60 for the room... Parking was £7.50 with a voucher.
