  We had a lovely experience at Premier Inn. Lilia was absolutely wonderful very friendly, kind and welcoming. She greeted us with open arms and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Thank you, Lilia! ❤️

  I had a fantastic stay at Thurrock West Premier Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A special mention to Lilia, who was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Her warm and professional service really made a difference and helped make my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Thurrock West Premier Inn and would happily stay again.   Excellent premier inn. The air con makes the heat wave bearable. The staff are friendly, efficient, trustworthy. Thanks Lilia always smiling always helpful. People like you make working away from home much easier. Best wishes Martin.

  We wanted to praise the excellent service we received from Lillia on reception. She was so happy, cheerful and enthusiastic, and really set the tone for a lovely stay. Well done, Lillia! The room was exactly what we’ve come to expect from a Premier Inn; comfortable, reliable and consistently good. Always delivers!

  Nice clean rooms but smelled very strongly of pine disinfecton or something. Pillows hard, but the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't very nice and quite expensive at £12.99 per adult. Location neither good or bad. Parking £8 a day/night. Staff very nice and hard working,especially the lovely lady in the Breakfast room. We would stay again if in that area.
