  We've stayed at this Premier Inn quite a few times and I'm writing this to remind myself never to stay here again. I know it advertises no AC but the heat in the room is unbearable. They thankfully provided us with two fans but I don't think even ten fans would take the heat away. It's like trying to sleep in a sauna all night. This hotel needs to invest in AC and fast. Then when I still couldn't sleep at 4am I went for a cold shower where someone else's razer fell on me from the shower head which makes you question the cleanliness of the place. This was all reported to the member of staff in the morning who are so friendly and helpful and are the only reason this isn't a 1 star review. No compensation was given.

  Clean simple room served its purpose, shame about the lack of AC but was provided with a fairly useful fan!

  Don’t stay here the greedy horrible people have sold of the car park to absolutely filthy sharks the terminal don’t work the worker said he’ll do my reg manually and didn’t !! Iv appealed it and appealed it again and they are adamt it’s my fault and it’s cost me £100 to park in the carpark of the hotel I payed to stay in from 11 o’clock to 6 in the morning absolute joke of a establishment avoid at all cost it’s not worth it cost me over £200 for a shower and 6 hours sleep fuming avoid at all cost I mean it absolute joke and horizon the parking people are the worst of the worst recipe for disaster the greedy hotel selling the carpark to them shark never ever again

  Accessible room a long way from reception had difficulty getting my disabled wife in her wheelchair through 3 fire doors to get to the room. The toilet did not flush properly solids and paper took many flushes to remove. Also the shower head was at a fixed height so my wife did not shower. We in formed the staff the next morning before we left. Disappointed having paid £96 for one night for this.

  I'll start with the positives. The staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable. But that's it. The Premier Inn Company should really invest money in to this hotel. It's in serious need of renovation. It looks grubby, tatty and depressing! The worst Premier Inn i have stayed in.
