  Stayed here for one night prior to our daughter and granddaughters catching a flight from Stansted airport. Rooms were great, had a lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening. Staff were all lovely and very helpful and the shuttle bus to the airport was very efficient.

  Fabian on desk was excellent. A highly informed and capable young man that shows exceptional customer service skills He made all the difference to my stay by providing personalised,bprofessional attention. Great job 👏 👍 The place is well set out, offering spacious, modern rooms and common areas that feature modern and appropriate decor of good quality Room swipe cards work well and there is reliable connectivity. Checking in and out online is a good option for guests to save time and queues, especially at peak times Check out time of 12 midday is good. I was satisfied. Later check out should be an option in my view, to offer an even better service Photos next time Good for business or pleasure An immensely popular place Breakfast was better than many but can be further improved Put caffinated coffee sachets out, not just decaf thank you

  Premier Inn is a great place to stay. Use it all the time when flying to and from Stansted Airport. The staff are all friendly but this time DANNI stood out for me in the restaurant. Very friendly, knew what offers were on in the bar, hence two cocktails for the price of one!! Also very knowledgeable about all the food. For an older person travelling alone it was fantastic to have her look after me in the restaurant. WELL DONE DANNI

  The hotel itself is great but a company has bought out the carpark and after staying here for many years we was shocked to be dealt with a charge for parking. At 3.30am after a long flight this was a huge shock especially as it has cost us £22 to park for 8 hours. Let's just say I will look to stay elsewhere from now on for my flights from stanstead.

  An amazing hotel to stay in if you have an early flight from Stansted Airport. We had a 6:00am flight, which meant leaving the hotel at around 3:00am, and everything went smoothly with no issues at all during checkout. The hotel was great value for money, and the shuttle bus service made getting to the terminal quick and easy, taking a lot of the stress out of an early start. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose to stay at this Premier Inn again if we have another early flight from Stansted in the future!
