  Hotel itself is fantastic, great location, staff great and rooms as you would expect for a Premier Inn. I would note however that the parking is very misleading - the discounted rate for guests was only available for 4 days, after that you are required to pay 50% extra on an app. If travelling for more than 4 days, would recommend parking somewhere else.

  Really easy check in service, self service check in. Had a premier double room as I needed a fridge, well worth it. The nespresso coffee machine was a nice edition. Clean room, very comfortable bed and quiet even by the airport. Exceeded expectations so much I've booked the same for next week on another trip! Yes parking is expensive for 1 night, but if you book via YourParkingSpace you'll save yourself a couple £.

  The bathroom absolutely reeked of poo, and there were little flies everywhere. The breakfast was overcooked and chewy. As there was nobody at reception to speak to when I checked out, I thought I'd just get in touch online/via phone, but they seem to go out of their way to make this as difficult as possible. When I finally got in touch with someone, I was told that nothing can be done as I didn't speak to someone at the desk (I had a train to catch). I have used Premier Inns many times in the past without issue, but this one has completely put me off.

  Was very very pleased with my room, everything was clean and in amazing condition! I appreciated it that next to the coffee machine there were 4 capsules provided as well as a small tea selection, a small dark & milk chocolate piece, sweetener and milk for the coffee. (I guess my only recommendation were to maybe put a plant based milk alternative as well:)). The water kettle and the fridge were clean and worked perfectly as well. The hotel in general was quiet, the staff was nice, which made it easy to unwind after a long day!

  Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fine, the room was clean and the check in was so smooth. We had to have dinner at the on site restaurant as it was the only place nearby with vegan options. Our meals took 1.5 hours to arrive after asking after them several times- they had obviously been microwaved from frozen. I was told the coleslaw wasn’t vegan so I asked for it to be removed and still it arrived on my plate. The manager had to be shown by my partner where our table was, and told my partner to give her a hand carrying the plates over. The whole restaurant seemed extremely understaffed and chaotic. So many customers complained and one was even chased out by the manager- the two of them then sat down and had a really heated conversation in the hotel lobby. Really felt for the staff who have to work here.
