  The rooms look like they been refurbished and I have to say, very nice....as always beds are very comfortable, always are in premier inn...air con was spot on, worked a treat...ye very pleased....

  Bathroom extractor fan wasn't working so needed to wait a long time for the mirror to demist. My pre paid breakfasts x2 were limited to before 9am due to short notice staff training (should have ended by 10.30) after being informed by Beefeater staff at the front desk. The 3pm check in actually began at 3.15pm due to the receptionist arriving late I discovered the net curtain and rail laying on the window sill as I entered for the first time. Traces of black mould on the white silicone seal around the bathtub

  I stayed here last week for a couple of nights with my children, just a little getaway. It was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a lovely buffet, both mornings with a lovely, happy staff member both mornings, who was happy to assist wherever needed. Was a little further than we would of liked but was the one with space but we had a great stay.

  Id recommended paying on arrival here we have been let down so many times with all prwmier inns the last chance was a month back. They're accessible rooms where they say they can higher the beds is rubbish I checked twice with thr chap there bmvis phone and got an email from pi accessible to say this would be done on arrival.. we arrived had to wait whilst they contacted the manager to find they cannot use elephant feet to raise the beds now. I have contacted guest relations twice who are supposed to be looking into this. We have lost all faith in this appaling lying company. They are fake and do not care
