Just went in for a meal before we took ferry to Hook of Holland. Things are changing and it's being taken over. Food choice was poor, service was slow and not complimentary. I'll double check before booking a meal again l.

I slept in room 118 last night but unfortunately the remote did not work correctly and the TV had to be manually switched off. The bed and curtain rail were broken. There was also bugs wizzing around at night by my ear and I have now got bites, spots and redness around my arms now. My sleep was disturbed as a result of the mentioned factors. I would not recommend this place.

I regularly stay at this Premier Inn when delivering training at the port of Harwich. All the staff are friendly. A big shout out to Reese in the restaurant who always takes my order for a full English breakfast and takes times to explain allergens etc. I hope to stay again soon. Thank you
